My name is Johanna, but people call me Jouli. I live in Argentina. I enjoy creating engravings and lithographs, fanzines, collages, and I’ve been fortunate enough to illustrate three books. I’m a schoolteacher and also work in museums, where I facilitate printmaking workshops and organize activities that take visitors on a journey to other eras—or back to their childhood, when they used to draw on any scrap of paper they could find. That habit has stuck with me: I’m always drawing, anywhere, on anything. That’s why I say I’m a teacher just for today, a museologist at times, and an illustrator almost always.
